Dev is a Partner and a Solicitor Advocate at Rosewood Solicitors. He has over 10 years’ experience in Criminal Litigation as well as Children and Matrimonial law.
Dev advises clients who have been arrested and are subject to investigation by the police and other investigating bodies including the National Crime Agency (NCA) and Serious Fraud Office (SFO). After gaining his Higher Rights in 2011, he has regularly conducted trials at both the Magistrates court and Crown court and defended clients in respect of a full range of criminal litigation. He conducts cases concerning murder, assault, the possession or use of firearms, and the supplying and possession of drugs. He is a versatile defence solicitor and his experience of defending clients at every stage of proceedings as both a litigator and an advocate allows him to bring a tactical and strategic proficiency to his practice.
Dev is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and advises clients on all aspects of children law. Dev is experienced in assisting a range of clients including vulnerable adults and children and handles cases in a compassionate yet practical manner. He advises clients in cases concerning domestic violence, residence and contact disputes and any other aspect in relation to children matters including adoption.
In addition, Dev has significant experience in dealing with residential landlord and tenant issues such as possession claims, injunctions and property disrepairs.
